Real Estate & Property Development

OSFICOL has two Cashew plantations of about 600 hectares of land at Ikere-Iseyin and Eruwa. We are also involved in the production of pure Honey and Pineapple crops in commercial quantity.  We welcome investors.

One of the strategies of OSFICOL is the development of land assets of Oyo State for the social and economic WELFARE of the citizens of Oyo State through direct involvement and partnership with the private sector. Such activities include:

 

  • Development of medium and high class housing estates;

  • Development of commercial centers (Shopping Mall, Arcade and Markets);

  • Development of Industrial parks;

  • Acquisition of land for economic activities.

One of the activities upon which OSFICOL’s growth has been based includes: merchandising and trading of various bulk commodities. We are also a major distributor of West African Portland Cement Company now LAFARGE WAPCO.

OSFICOL trades actively in quoted stocks that are listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Local Assembler of 5star Tricycle

We are accredited assembler of 5star brand Tricycles in Nigeria. Our warehouse is located at Oluyole Industrial estate in Ibadan. We train youths on how to assemble these tricycles so as to compliment Oyo State youth empowerment program.
