Mr Omowale is a product of Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan where he obtained both Ordinary and Higher National Diploma at Upper Credit level between 1986 to 1991. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Credit administration and a Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).

 

Mr Omowale had his early career in Accountancy in firms of Chartered Accountants notably among which are M.A. Ogidigo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Zaria and S.K. Ekundayo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Imalefalafia, Ibadan. He was the Internal Auditor of Shephered  Ventures Limited, a pharmaceutical distribution company, an Accountant in Select Drugs Limited, also a pharmaceutical outfit, the pioneer Internal Auditor in the Group Corporate Audit of Afprint Nig.Plc,  a Senior Accountant with Wayne (W.A) Ltd and  Head, Finance & Logistics in Fountain Securities Limited, a stockbroking firm.

 

Mr Omowale is highly experienced in areas such as auditing, accountancy, finance, taxation, investment and portfolio management, stockbroking and assets management and other financial consultancy services. He is a licensed Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

He was the Managing Partner of Realtime Financial Consultants Limited and R.S. Omowale and Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners between year 2008 to May, 2013.  

 

Mr. Omowale is presently the Executive Director, Finance and Administration in Oyo State Finance and Investment Company Limited.

 

He is happily married with children.
